The submittal of a scaled site plan that includes parking lot and drive lane <br />striping, trash enclosure, security fencing, trailer/dolly and vehicle storage <br />for review and approval by the Development Review Committee. <br />d. The installation of boulevard trees (consistent with City policy) either <br />within the boulevard adjacent to County Road D or in the front yard if the <br />boulevard width is inadequate. <br />e. The submittal of a sign plan consistentwith Section 1009 of the Roseville <br />City Code, to be reviewed and approved by the Development Review <br />Committee. <br />f. The provision of a site lighting plan consistentwith Section 1011 of the <br />Roseville City Code to be reviewed and approvedby the Development <br />Review Committee. <br />g, The use of the building and site being limited to a small vehicle rental and <br />leasing business. <br />h. The inspection of the premises by the Fire Marshal and Building Official <br />for life, safety, and code compliance and submittal and issuance of a <br />building permit (or other permit) for all necessary and required <br />improvements. <br />The property owner must submit documentation that petroleum tanks have <br />been removed as per Minnesota Pollution Control Agency regulations. <br />The applicant shall patch, repair, seal coat and work with staff on <br />requirements for parking lot and building repair. <br />Member poherty asked if parking lot improvements will be made (no). He asked if staff <br />recommendation "a" and "g" could be combined. Thomas Paschke explained the <br />reasonmg. <br />Chair Traynor asked if the owner must supply MnPCA documentation of status of the site <br />(yes). <br />Rick Mendlik, Enterprise Rental, stated the parking lot will be repaired and re-striped. <br />He will work with the City on landscaping. The building will be refreshed (new paint, <br />inside remodeling, ADA compliance). The lot will have a new parking layout with two <br />handicapped spaces, some customer parking (usuallypicked up at customer site); no <br />static number of vehicles on the site; the most vehicles on site are customer, staff and <br />stock is 15-20. <br />Chair Traynor asked if there are enough existing spaces or area on the site for up to 20 <br />vehicles (yes). Thomas Paschke explained they can meet the Code requirement(12) and <br />� <br />
