Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br />4.a Approve Check Register (Consent Agenda Item 3.a) <br />Councilmember Kough reiterated his comments from <br />previous meetings regarding the practice of approving bills <br />after their payment; and requested that the City Attorney <br />review the process.
