Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br />S.a Proclamation of Hispanic Heritage Month <br />City Manager Beets read the proposed proclamation. <br />On behalf of the City Council, and residents of the City of <br />Roseville, Mayor Klausing proclaimed September 15 <br />through October 15, 2004 as Hispanic Heritage Month in <br />the City of Roseville. <br />S.b Recognition of Eagle Scout Michael St. Dennis <br />On behalf of the City Council, and residents of the City of <br />Roseville, Mayor Klausing recognized Boy Scout Michael <br />St. Dennis, of Troup 266, and his group of volunteers for <br />their recent service project at Valley Park, located off the <br />corner of County Road D and Avon Street, with the south <br />trail entrance off Millwood Avenue. <br />Mr. St. Dennis' parents, Den Leader and Scout Master <br />were all present for the recognition. <br />Ken Hoxmeier, Park Maintenance Supervisor, introduced <br />Michael, Scout representatives, and Mr. and Mrs. St. <br />Dennis, noting that Michael was a candidate for an Eagle <br />Scout, and briefly summarized Michael's project and <br />effective organization of volunteers in completing the <br />proj ect. <br />Michael provided a verbal and visual presentation of the <br />Valley Park Trail Restoration Project completed this spring <br />Proclamation of <br />Hispanic Heritage <br />Month <br />Recognition of <br />Eagle Scout <br />Michael St. Dennis <br />
