City Council Regular Meeting — 09/13/04 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 40 <br />Staff was directed to include this policy discussion on a future <br />City Council agenda. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />City Campus Open House, Ribbon Cutting and Plaque <br />Dedication, Saturday, September 18, 2004 <br />Councilmember Kough briefly detailed planned activities at the <br />upcoming City campus and invited the community. <br />Councilmember Kough noted that there would be a flyover by <br />the Minnesota Air National Guard at approximately 11:00 - <br />11:15 a.m., along with a flag raising ceremony and other <br />commemorative recognitions of those on active military duty. <br />Agenda Format Revision <br />Councilmember Kough requested that his photo be removed <br />from the City Council agenda in the future. <br />14.
