Roseville Serves Residents with a Multitude of Housing Option <br />3. Roseville in relation to the region — provides a comparison of Roseville's multi- <br />family housing in relation to that of the metropolitan region and the County. <br />4. Characterization of multi-family housing by housing type <br />• Ownership units — describes the ownership units such as townhomes <br />and condominiums <br />. Rental Units — describes those multi-family units that are rented with <br />the apartment units being the most significant. <br />i. Units Designatedfor Seniors <br />ii.
