By Census Block or Insight Block, we identified head of household age <br />groups, number of residents per unit, age 5 to 18 children and age 0 to 4 <br />children per unit. <br />3. By Census Block or Insight Block, we created a demographics template <br />usable for each structure or project which illustrates: <br />1. median household income <br />2. working residents and occupation types <br />3. median educational attainment <br />4. children by age per household or per Block <br />5. data necessary and methods of marketing directly to segments of <br />rental population <br />6. other pertinent and available information the data base <br />�.3 An extensive amount of information was collected as part of the demographic <br />study analysis completed by Excensus and Roseville �'rT� staff. It was a challenge <br />to distill the information into an understandable format to enable the policy <br />makers to understand the issues. Therefore, we reviewed the data and prepared <br />the written report over the past several months as attached. This document is still <br />a draft because some charts and graphs are not complete and the executive <br />summary has not been completed.
