Since 2002, the City has participated on the following: <br />In exchange for its participation, the City received an administrative fee of $10,000-100,000 <br />depending on the size of the bond. <br />Potential Revisions to the Evaluation Process <br />The practice of providing conduit debt financing is guided by general principles rather than a <br />formal methodology. Should the Council wish to establish a more comprehensive review <br />process, the following potential factors are suggested for discussion purposes for possible <br />inclusion in the review: <br />1) Meeting the education, housing, or healthcare needs of the community <br />2) Improving access andlor choice of education, housing, or healthcare options <br />3) Providing conduit fmancing assistance based upon the fmancial condition of the applicant <br />4) Improving blighted or underutilized property <br />5) Providing conduit fmancing assistance only in those instances where it does not give the <br />applicant a competitive advantage over similar entities in Roseville <br />These options are suggested for discussion purposes. Additional considerations may be <br />appropriate. City Staff will be prepared to lead a discussion at the Council meeting. <br />� <br />
