EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCII, <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Ha11 in said City on Monday, the 25th day of October, 2004, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br />The followingmembers were present: and the followingwere absent: none. <br />Councilperson Mastel introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITYREPORTS ON <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR NEIGHBORHOODS 19, 22, and 32 <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street construction needs of various neighborhoods in the City <br />and has tentatively selected neighborhoods for inclusion in the 2004 PavementManagementProgram; and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville described below by one or more <br />of the following installations: bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, bituminous <br />overlay, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the bene�ited property for a11 or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvementpursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429111: <br />NEIGHBORHOOD NUMBERS AND DESCRIPTIONS <br />Nei hborhood Street From To <br />19/22 S. Owasso Boulevard Rice Street 3200 West RR Crossin <br />32 Chatsworth Street Grandview Lovell <br />Lovell Ave Chatsworth cu1- de- sac <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as <br />follows: <br />The neighborhoods speciiied in the attached drawing are hereby approved for inclusion in the 2005 <br />Pavement ManagementProgram. <br />2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Engineer for study and she is instructed to report <br />to the Council with a11 convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminaryway as to whether <br />they should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson <br />Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereoi and the <br />followingvoted againstthe same: none. <br />
