I At their meeting of October 14,2004 the Roseville Planning Commission recommended <br />(5-0) approval of the PRELIMINARY & FINAL PLAT, EASEMENT VACATION, <br />and FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN CONSISTENCY for United Properties for <br />PHASE II of Applewood Pointe, subj ect to conditions.
