Call to Order: <br />Acting Chair Traynor called the regular meeting of October 6,2004 of the City of <br />Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m., in the Roseville City Council <br />Chambers. <br />2. <br />3. <br />!� <br />5. <br />Roll Call: <br />Present: Traynor, Bakeman, Doherty, Boerigter, Ipsen, Pust <br />Absent: Mulder <br />Staff present: Dennis Welsch, Thomas Paschke, Deb Bloom <br />Approval of Minutes: <br />Chair Traynor tabled action on the Planning Commission minutes of June 2,2004 <br />to the November 3,2004 meeting. <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member poherty, to approve <br />the Planning Commissionminutes of September 1,2004. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Communications from the Public: None <br />Public Hearing: <br />a. Planning File 3599: Request by Sue and Jay Rollinger and Anne and Ray <br />Elias-Cartwright to vacate a portion of a roadway easement adjacent to <br />403 Wagner Street and 1823 Western Avenue. <br />Chair Traynor opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas Paschke to present <br />the verbal summary of the staff report dated October 6,2004. <br />Thomas Paschke gave an historical perspective by explaining that on November 2, 1939, <br />Rolling Green was recorded with Ramsey County. This subdivision plat created lots and <br />dedicated street right-of-way for an area generallywest of Chandler Avenue, south of <br />McCarrons Boulevard, and north of Wagner Street. Specific to this plat was a 30 foot <br />wide dedication for the future roadway to be known as Wagner Street. <br />Mr. Paschke indicated that the proposalto vacate a portion ofthe Wagner Street Right- <br />Page 1 of 12 <br />
