Pl�nni�� File 3599: Request by Sue and Jay Rollinger and Anne Elias <br />and Ray Cartwright to vacate a portion of a roadway easement adjacent <br />to 403 Wagner Street and 1823 Western Avenue. <br />Chair Mulder opened the hearing. <br />Thomas Paschke reported that the Parks staff was interested in a pathway on the <br />easement and was interested in comments from the Planning Commission. The Parks <br />Commission will review this on November 4, 2004 and the project will return to the <br />Planning Commission on the December 1" agenda. <br />Member Bakeman asked about the 60 day rule. Mr. Paschke explained the rule does not <br />apply to right of way vacations. <br />There was no public comment. <br />Chair Mulder closed the hearing. <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member poherty, to continue <br />this request, for vacation of a portion of a roadway easement to the Planning <br />Commission meeting ofDecember 1,2004. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Page 1 of 12 <br />
