Consider Consent Items <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned if anyone was in the audience <br />wishing to speak to Item 4.g entitled, "Approve United <br />Properties Request for Preliminary and Final Plat, Easement <br />Vacation and Fina1 Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />Consistency Review for Outlot B, known as Applewood Pointe <br />Phase II, to allow the Construction of Row Town Homes (3 <br />structures, total of 17 units) ...
