Attached as background information are the Council- <br />approved minutes from the October llth Council Study Session where the Council discussed <br />these issues. Also attached is the staff report for that meeting that analyzes these <br />issues. <br />The questions the Council would like your feedback on follow. Please indicate your <br />choices by replying to this e-mail and include whatever explanation or feedback you wish. <br />PLEASE REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH. <br />THAT IS A WEEK FROM TOMORROW. <br />Staff will then share your input verbatim with the City Council and, through the Council�s <br />agenda packet, with the rest of the community. <br />With the benefit of your feedback, the Council is looking at addressing these issues again <br />at their Monday, November 15th Study Session in the Council Chambers. <br />1.
