The Council is looking at such issues as the size, term lengths, term limits, and mission of its citizen advisory boards. Attached as background information are the Council- approved minutes from the October llth Council Study Session where the Council discussed these issues. Also attached is the staff report for that meeting that analyzes these issues. The questions the Council would like your feedback on follow. Please indicate your choices by replying to this e-mail and include whatever explanation or feedback you wish. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH. THAT IS A WEEK FROM TOMORROW. Staff will then share your input verbatim with the City Council and, through the Council�s agenda packet, with the rest of the community.
