EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />�f*���*��ffff**�# <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day of November <br />22,2004, at 5:04 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING 2005 SCORE FUNDING GRANT <br />FOR USE IN ROSEVILLE'S RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council is committed to residential waste abatement <br />through its curbside recycling program, Clean Up Day, and Leaf Pick Up Program; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to improve Roseville's waste abatement programs and minimize the <br />cost to Roseville residents; and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has SCORE Funding Grants available for 2005; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized to submit <br />a grant application to Rarnsey County for a 2005 SCORE Funding Grant and that that <br />grant will be used for Roseville's waste abatementprograms. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />score resalution.doC <br />
