Way <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />3.1 Approve a Sign Permit for Brimhall Elementary <br />School <br />Maschka moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of a sign <br />replacement for the existing sign for Brimhall Elementary <br />School, up to 50 square feet in size; no taller than eight <br />feet in height and set back a minimum of 15 feet from the <br />property line adjacent to County Road B; as presented in <br />the staff report and Request for Council Action dated <br />November 8, 2004. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br />4.a Approve Check Register (Consent Agenda Item 3.a) <br />A1 Sands, 2612 Aldine <br />Mr. Sands requested clarification on page three of the <br />check register for two (2) electronic payments to Krass <br />Monroe for Professional Services; requesting more detail; <br />and why payments over $5,000 were not listed on the <br />request for payments over $5,000. <br />Finance Director Chris Miller noted that, while the <br />payments totaled over $5,000, they may be comprised of <br />multiple invoices, depending on the scope of services <br />provided. Mr. Miller further noted that, as per City Council <br />direction, Mr. Casserly had been designated as the City's <br />Economic Development Attorney, and he was not aware of <br />Sign Permit <br />Brimhall <br />Elementary School <br />Items Removed <br />from Consent <br />Agenda <br />Check Register <br />
