Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other party. �- Ambulance. No agent, official, or representative of RYBA may prevent an EMT from calling an ambulance if the EMT determines such a call is necessary. This section does not prevent an agent, official, or representative of RYBA or anyone else from calling an ambulance if that person believes that it is necessary; even if an EMT does not believe such a call is necessary. �_ Insurance. Each party agrees to maintain its existing insurance coverage to address any claims that may arise out of the EMT services of this Agreement. �. Definitions. "Stand-by EMT services" means the physical presence of an EMT at the location of scheduled RYBA youth basketball games, and includes, in the case of a medical emergency, the provision of emergency services consistent with an EMT level of inedical care. In the case where more than one RYBA game is scheduled at the same time at different locations, the provision of stand-by EMT services is satisfied by having one EMT physically present at one of the game sites, on the condition that the EMT will travel to the other site(s) and provide EMT services in case a medical emergency arises at one of the other game sites. �, Entire A�reement.
