As a point of information, the masimum site <br />development cap of 25% has bec�n in gta�;e for a number Qf years. <br />Therefore, as a resident of Roseville I would request that the City Councii :a.k� the following <br />steps: <br />l. lnsttuct Staff that the definition of a site, for the calculation of Iot cot�erage (25%) should <br />represent the actual space that can be developed by the lot owner, excluding restrict <br />easements which prevent development. <br />2. Deny Bradley's request for the vacation of the existing utility and drainage easement <br />3. Refuse to a11ow further development at the HarMa�� Shopping C�r.t�i due to the fact that <br />the current site exceeds the maximum amount of space that caj� bc �eveloped by �.-�°,%o <br />Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend the City Council meeting scheduted tor 7anuary 24, <br />2000, to consider this matter.
