EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCII, CITY OF ROSEVII,LE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, NTinnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 24th day of January, 2000, at b:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following members were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORTS ON 2000 I1�TPROVEI�TENTS AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted September 13, 1999, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements: P-00-02 Neighborhood 32 Neighborhood 34 Chatsworth Street, Lovell Avenue to Grandview Avenue Lovel l Avenue, Cul-de-sac to Chatsworth Street St. Albans Street, County Road B2 to Dale Street Neighborhood 35 Grandview Avenue, Victoria Street to St. Albans Street Cope Avenue, Cul-de-sac to Grotto Street Grotto Street, Cope Avenue to Lovell Avenue Grotto Street, Grandview Avenue to County Road B2 St. Albans Street, Lovell Avenue to County Road B2 Neighborhood 36 Brooks Avenue, Cohansey Street to Western Avenue Irene Street, County Road B2 to Sextant Avenue Irene Court, Irene Street to Cul-de-sac Se�tant Avenue, Cohansey Street to Irene Street 2. The Public Works Directors was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvements P-00-02, Neighborhoods 32, 34, 35 and 36. 3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on February 14, 2000, at 7: 15 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the
