<br />C-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize the Fire Marshal to Harriet Alexander Nature
<br />issue a permit to allow open burning of the prairie restoration area at Center Burn Permit
<br />the Harriet Alexander Nature Center on Saturday, April 1, 2000 or
<br />the first weather conducive day after. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Goedeke,

<br />c-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the agreement with
<br />Metricom, Incorporated to allow the installation of a wireless
<br />communications network in Roseville and authorizing the Mayor
<br />and City Manager to sign the agreement on behalf of the City, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka &
<br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.

<br />c-4 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9749, approving
<br />a Limited Use Permit agreement between Mn/DOT and the City of
<br />Roseville to operate and maintain the Dale Street Pathway within
<br />Mn/DOT right-of-way, be adopted. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, Wiski, Maschka & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
<br />C-6 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Waiver of the 25% B-Dale Club
<br />carry-over requirement for the B-Da1e license renewal be approved. Premises Permit
<br />Roll Ca11, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka & Kysylyczyn. Renewal
<br />Nays: None.
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that B-Da1e Club's request for
<br />renewal of their Premises Permit for the next two-year period ending
<br />March 3 1, 2002, be approved. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel,
