Nays: None. D. Items Removed from Consent Agenda D-1 (formerly C-3) Goedeke moved. Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9750, approving a cooperative agreement with Washington County for micro surfacing design engineering and contract administration, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. E. Organizational Business Resolution 9750 �Vashington County Cooperative Agreement 1�Iicro Surfacing E-1 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, to appoint Mr. Craig Klausing as City Council the chairperson of the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: Appointments Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. for 2000 Kysylyczyn moved, "the agenda that is in our packet here" [the Council appointments in the Council packet], be approved. Motion failed for lack of a second. Wiski moved, Mascbka seconded that the Coordination of Assignments for 2000 [submitted for consideration by Councilmember Wiski], be approved. Kysylyczyn requested a friendly amendment to remove himself from the Roseville School District and Mounds View School District. Maker of motion did not accept amendment. Kysylyczyn tabled this item at this point pursuant to Council Policy to begin Agenda Items G and remaining portion of the Council Agenda at 7: 15 p. m. Items J-1, J-2 & J-3 were considered at this time. Kysylyczyn requested that the record reflect "he does not feel that he is the most qualified individual to serve on the School District for either two committees". Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski and Maschka. Nays: Kysylyczyn.
