ORDINANCENO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10, OF THE CITY CODE, BY <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTIES AT 2555 SNELLING AVENUE <br />FROM B- 1(LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT) AND <br />B-2 (RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT) TO <br />R-PUD (RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) WITH <br />AN UNDERLYING ZONE OF R-3 (GENERAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) <br />SUNRISE ASSISTED LIVING (PF3 159) <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning <br />Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council held a public hearing <br />(PF3159) with due notice on March 13, 2000, the following property, generally <br />located at 2555 Snelling Avenue, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from B-1, <br />Limited Business District, and B-2, Retail Business District, to R-PUD, Residential <br />Planned Unit Development, with an underlying zone of R-3, General Residential <br />District: <br />Section 9, Township 29, Range 23N, 150 feet of south 335 feet of east 655.5 <br />feet of NE 1/4 of NE 'l4 (subject to Hwy Rds), in Section 9, Township 29, <br />Range 23, and, Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, ex, north 767 feet, ex. <br />South 335 feet; the fol: east 395 feet of NE 1/ of NE 1/ (subject to Hwy Rds), <br />in Section 9, Township 29, Range 23. (PID #092923110073 and 0074). <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development # . The Planned Unit <br />Development standards and conditions of approval adopted for this property <br />shall be in addition to all other applicable zoning requirements. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code <br />shall take effect upon 1) the passage and publication of this ordinance; 2) the <br />execution of the Planned Unit Development by the City and Sunrise Assisted <br />Living; and, 3) the recording of the document with Ramsey County. <br />Passed this 13� day of March, 2000. <br />John Kysylyczyn, Mayor <br />Steven R.
