CITY OF ROSEVI LLE <br />PLANNEDUNITDEVELOPMENTAGREEMENT# <br />(Draft: 3/08/2000) <br />AGREEMENT, dated March 13, 2000, between the City of Roseville, a Minnesota <br />municipal corporation (herein referred to as "CITY"), and Sunrise Assisted <br />Living, a Virginia corporation (herein referred to as "DEVELOPER"). <br />1.0 Effective Date of Agreement <br />This Agreement shall be effective upon completion of all of the following: <br />PUD); <br />A. Passage and publication of Ordinance # (rezoning of property to <br />B. Execution of this Agreement by the Developer and the City; and, <br />C. Recording of this Agreement with Ramsey County. <br />The standards listed herein have been adopted as a portion of the Ordinance <br />listed above. <br />2.0 Request for Planned Unit Development Approval <br />The Developer has asked the City to approve a Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) (PF3159) consisting of a three-story 79 unit senior housing building on 2.8 <br />acres. The subject property is generally located west of Snelling Avenue and <br />north of Oakcrest Avenue, being at 2555 Snelling Avenue North, and is legally <br />described as follows: <br />The property is located at 2555 Snelling Avenue North and is legally described <br />as: Section 9 Township 29 Range 23N 150 ft. of S. 335ft. of E. 655.5 ft. of NE 1/4 <br />of NE �/ (subject to Hwy Ads), in Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, and, <br />Section 9, Town 29, Range 23, ex. N. 767 ft., ex. S 335 ft; the fol: E 395 ft of NE <br />1/ of NE 1/ (subject to Hwy Rds), in Section 9, Township 29, Range 23. <br />(PID # 0929232 10073 and 0074) <br />3.0 Planned Unit Development <br />The City hereby grants approval of the final development plan for Sunrise Senior <br />Assisted Living Planned Unit Development, subject to the Developer's <br />compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
