to recommend approval of the request by Midland Hills Country Club for a conditional use permit, subject to the findings and 16 conditions listed in the staff report dated February 4, 2000 and subject to: • Condition 3.15 being changed to read: Minor changes to the Master Plan (less than 1,000 square feet in size) may be approved administratively. ( The Code currently allows an administrative approval for up to 10% of the building footprint) • Condition 3.16 being changed to read: All future changes/additions to the site plan including structural additions over 1,000 square feet of the building footprint; off-street parking; or a swimming pool; or a tennis court, shall require an amendment to the CUP. • Condition 3.17 being added to read: There shall be no amplified sound beyond the current practice of announcing tee times. ^, 0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION 7,1 By resolution approve (deny) the request by Midland Hills Country Club for a CUP to allow construction of a new 37,500 square foot clubhouse and other appropriate site modifications, based on the findings outlined in Section 2.21 of the project report and subject to 16 conditions indicated in the project report dated March 13, 2000. 7.2 By motion approve (deny) the temporary location (single season) of interim facilities for Midland Hills Country Club for the east side of the property (between the parking lot and Midland hills Road) and that the removal of the temporary facilities should occur within one calander year or less; or with removal to occur simultaneously with the issuance of a final Certificate of Occupancy for the clubhouse, whichever is first.
