5.0 Suggested City Council Action <br />5.1 By motion, authorize the Fire Marshal to issue a burn permit to the Concordia <br />Meadows Atrium Townhome Association, 506 Lovell Avenue, to burn the wild <br />growth around the retention pond at the Townhome complex, conditioned upon <br />compliance with the following stipulations: <br />a) The effective date of the permit shall be from April l, 2000 through <br />Apri115, 2000; <br />b) The burn shall be conducted by acknowledged experts ; and, <br />c) The Association shall notify the Roseville Fire Department at least <br />two days in advance of the date of the burn. <br />Attachments: Letter of request from Concordia Meadows Atrium Townhome Assoc.; Area location map <br />Prepared by: John Loftus, Fire Marshal <br />Q:\General Correspondence\JohnL\RCA_Concordia Meadows Bum Permit_032700.doc <br />RCA-Concordia Meadows Townhome Assn.
