CITY OF ROSEVILLE �- Regular meeting of the City Counci� July 13, 1987�- 'he City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Wiski. Members absent: None. 7:30 P.M. ROLL CALL Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES regular meeting of June 22, 1987, be approved, with the amendment that the second motion under Agenda Item E-1 shall read as follows: Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the City Manager be directed to review and recommend a procedure for coordinating donations to City Parks. B-1 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Fine Associates FINE request for rezoning, Special Use Permits, and ASSOCIATES variance at 2665 and 2710 Snelling Frontage Road be continued to the August 10, 1987 City Council meeting. That handicapped ramps be installed between proposed and existing handicapped parking spaces nearest to the nearest Mall entrance. That sidewalks be constructed on Snelling and County Road B . That periphery of parking areas, drives, and islands be curbed. That staff approve drainage and engineering plans. 5. That staff approve final landsca�e plans, to include a neighborhood review which would address improvements in existing screening and pedestrian access areas . � 7. 8 That pedestrian access areas be hard surfaced.
