Roseville City Council Minutes <br />July 13, 1987 <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Har Mar's request <br />for variances at 2100 North Snelling Avenue be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, <br />Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br />B-3 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Bonestroo/Rosene <br />(BRA Partners, Inc.) request for Special Use Permit <br />and rezoning at 2335 - 2369 Fulham be approved with <br />the following conditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3 <br />That staff approve final drainage and engineering <br />plans. <br />That staff approve landscape plans, including <br />trash screening in a similar building material. <br />That applicant place appropriate sidewalk funds <br />in escrow. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and <br />Wiski. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, <br />Matson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br />B-4 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Centre Pointe's <br />request for vacation of portions of public streets <br />and easements and preliminary plat, east side of <br />35W between County Roads C and D be approved with <br />the following condition: <br />1. That the vacations be subject to staff approval <br />of documentation and timing. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, <br />and Wiski. Nays: None. <br />CENTRE POINTE <br />B-5 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Joel and Phyllis JOEL AND <br />Dillner's request for withdrawal of final plat at PHYLLIS DILLNER <br />2192 Acorn Road be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: <br />None. <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Joel and Phyllis <br />Dillner's request for lot split and variance to plat- <br />ting requirement at 2192 Acorn Road be approved with <br />the following condition: <br />1. That a ponding easement be granted to the City, <br />and the owner agrees to maintain the pond. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and <br />Wiski. Nays: None. <br />
