Nays: None. Items Removed from Consent Agenda Organizational Business E-1 Kysylyczyn moved, Wiski seconded, to adopt the liaison assignments for the year 2000. Mastel offered, and Kysylyczyn and Wiski accepted, to move Zoning Code Amendment Task Force from Mastel to Kysylyczyn. Kysylyczyn offered, but Wiski did not accept a friendly amendment for the Mayor to be assigned to the I35W Corridor Coalition. Kysylyczyn moved to substitute Kysylyczyn for Mascbka on the I35W Coalition Corridor. Motion failed for lack of a second. Resolution 9751 City Council Liaison Assignments E-2 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the stipend expense City Council allowance and reimbursement policy for the City Council be Expense xeimbursement approved. Reports And Recommendations F-1 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9752, approving Resolution 9752 plans and specifications and ordering the advertisement for bids for 2000 PMP Contract B 2000 PMP Contract B, be adopted. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. F-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9753, accepting Resolution 9753 the public work completed within Rosetown Ridge Development Rosetown Ridge and starting the two-year warranty period, be adopted.
