<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the installation of a traffic
<br />circle at the intersection of Chatsworth Street and Brenner Avenue
<br />be denied and ordering the $5,000, collected in 1997, to be refunded
<br />to those from whom it was collected. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
<br />H-2 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the final rezoning from B-1
<br />(Limited Business District) and B2 (Retail Business District) to R-
<br />PUD (Residential Planned Unit Development), with an underlying
<br />zoning of R-3 (General Residence District), based on the findings
<br />outlined in Section 3 of the Request for Council Action report, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke &
<br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the final R-PUD
<br />development agreement for the proposed Residential Planned Unit
<br />Development (R-PUD) to allow the construction of a 79 unit, three
<br />(3) story senior housing assisted care facility at 2555 Snelling
<br />Avenue, be approved, and that the effective date of such planned
<br />unit development will not occur until after review and final approval
<br />by the City Attorney, and the placing of signatures on the planned
<br />unit development agreement and publication of the PUD ordinance,
<br />and that no new construction may occur before the effective date of
<br />the ordinance. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke
<br />& Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
<br />H-3 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9755, approving
<br />the indefinite extension of the request by Northwestern College,
<br />(PF3 144) for FINAL approval of an amendment to PUD # 1124 and
<br />approval of the FINAL PUD Agreement to continue the hearing
<br />indefinitely; and to instruct staff to provide written notice of the
<br />Traffic Circle
