Proposed 2000 Amendments (renumbering to occur after adoption) Roseville City Council Standing Rules of Procedure Rule 1 Regular Meetings. Regular meetings of the Council shall be held at the City Hall on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 6:30 p.m. � Appropriate notice and a�enda information shall be available to the media, � , posted on the City Hall bulletin board, on the City's WEB site and on �overnment access cable television. . Such meetings may be rescheduled from time to time by action of the Council, when holidays or scheduling conflicts occur. Rule la Re�ular Work Sessions. Only those items specifically agreed upon in advance by at least 2 members of the City Council shall be considered. At least (3) calendar days 72 hours advance notice must be rovided � to all members of the Council and the public consistent with state law prior to the holding of said special meetings�r-� sessions and executive sessions and such notice shall also be posted on the City Hall Bulletin Board at least three (3) days in advance of the Special Meeting.
