Land Use I-1 Mr. Wiski was recognized and disclosed his potential conflict of Midland Hills interest on Item L 1 due to his social membership at Midland Hills Country Club Country Club. Mr. Wiski excused himself from the meeting and (PF3178) was not in the chambers during any discussion on this issue. Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to continue the item to the 3/27/00 meeting for the purpose of reviewing the final landscaping plan, the final drainage plan, possible time limits and types of noise generation outside the building, and the temporary structures on the site. Ordinances and Resolutions J-1 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the second reading be held Ordinance 1237 and that Ordinance 1237, amending Section 901 (Building Permit Building pe�t Fees Fees) of the Roseville City Code, with the effective date of the �F3i9s� amendment to be May 1, 2000, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. Absent: Wiski. J-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the second reading be held Ordinance 1238 and that Ordinance 1238, amending Section 1005.0 16 (Outdoor Outdoor Sales Sales and Signage) of the Roseville City Code, with the effective & Signage date to be upon publication, be adopted.
