C. Concrete recycling may be operated a maximum of 15 working days in each year. <br />Crushing operations shall be limited tc 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. <br />No material from sites other than the Larpenteur Avenue project may be hauled, <br />stockpiled, or crushed at the Kent Street Yard. <br />D. The County and/or City shall notify residents within 1,000 feet at least five days <br />before each operation commences. <br />E.
