Nays: None. <br />5.2 of Report <br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, to approve the site plan <br />amendments for MediaOne [employee parking improvements <br />including] for 29 additional parking spaces [and 7,353 s. f. of new <br />pavement], subject to the [current City] Codes, permits and <br />landscaping plan, and subject to review [and requirements] of the <br />Grass Lake Water Management Organization, [ deleting 2.g of the <br />report "Along the south side of the southeast entry drive for the <br />southwest van parking area, 12 additional van parking spaces are <br />proposed. This proposal adds approximately 2,475 s. f. of paved <br />surface to the site]. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, & <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: Goedeke . <br />5.1 of Report <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, to authorize the [City] Manager <br />to sign the amended agreement for the Year 2000 Memorandum of <br />Understanding (MOLn � ' , <br />[Roseville School District 623, MediaOne, the Suburban Cable <br />Commission, and the City of Roseville], �[setting forth <br />amendments for] passenger car (MedioOne) and box truck <br />(Suburban Cable Commission) parking as contained in Sections <br />2.O,h and 3.1 of report, excluding Section 2.O,g of the report, and <br />other provisions on a site commonly known as the Lake Owasso <br />School, 934 Woodhill Drive, Rosevilie.
