Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, to <br />approve the Ordinance amending Section 1009 and Section 1014 of <br />the City Code concerning definitions, signs and administrative <br />procedure, said Ordinance to become effective upon its passage and <br />publication. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke & <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br />J-2 Fina1 Reading was held. Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to <br />approve the Ordinance amending the City Code, Section 1007.O1E, <br />regarding building height, said Ordinance to become effective upon <br />its passage and publication. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, <br />Wiski, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br />K. Nays: None. <br />K-2 (formerly F-3) <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, to approve the sale of 2668 <br />Lexington Avenue to George Reiling at an agreed upon appraised value <br />and with the contingen�cy that the land be used as part of a Proposed <br />senior housing development.
