DRAFT <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #1177, BEING THE <br />ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING OF PROPERTIES WITHIN CENTRE <br />POINTE BUSINESS PARK FROM B-4 TO A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT, BY ALLOWING CONSTRUCTION <br />OF A THIRD HOTEL BUILDING <br />[PF3208] <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City <br />Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the Planned Unit Development #1177, being for <br />properties generally located between I-35 W and Cleveland Avenue, south of County <br />Road D and north of County Road C, known as Centre Pointe Business Park, is herein <br />amended (from allowing two hotels) to allow as a permitted use, the following facility: <br />A third hotel within the Centre Pointe Business ParkPUD, consisting of a three-story <br />building with 120 rooms and meeting, dining and bar facilities primarily for guests. The <br />hotel shall meet or exceed all site planning requirements and all hotel requirements <br />within the original PUD ordinance and agreement. <br />The proposed hotel shall be located on property legally described as: Portions of Block <br />1, Lot 4, Centre Pointe Business Park, PIN: 05293140028. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
