File No. 99420 <br />Dear Development Review Members: <br />On behalf of CSM Corporstion (CSlv�, RLK-Associates is pleased to presem this <br />submittal psclrage requesting an amendment to the Centre Pointe Business Park Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD)1177 in order to accommodate a development proposal by <br />CSM. <br />CSM Coxporation proposes to construct a three-story, 120 room Courtyard Hotel on an <br />approximately t.lg'ee-�3) ac�g site. The site is located within the Centre Pointe <br />development in the n�E�west quadr�m of thc City. The site is one of the last r�ining <br />parcels in the development that has not been developed. The parcel is situated between <br />Ce�re Poi�e drive on the e� and Insterstate 35W on the west. Its neighbors on the <br />north woutd be �n office building occupied by VeFti�s Software and to the south is the <br />recently approved Verit�s SoftwarG corporate cam�pus; �lY unde� con�udion.
