NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council is in support of <br />Ramsey County's application on behalf of the City of Roseville for HUD's Brownfield <br />Economic Development Initiative funds in connection with the redevelopment of Twin <br />Lakes. <br />NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that final agreements for distribution and <br />administration of any grant or loan funds upon receipt will be further approved by the <br />City Council under the advise of the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />COLINTY OF RAMSEY ) ss <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />
