.
Roseville City Council:
Dear Sir or Madam:
Mike Vinar
2778 Lakeew Avenue
Roseville, MN
No one questions that Lakeridge has grown in recent years and needs additional
parking. As I understand, the property in question includes a 70 ft.-strip of land (North
side) of which only 30 ft. is needed to accommodate 55 to 60 new parking spaces.
My question is why do they have to destroy all 70 ft. of the vegetation and ask its
neighbors to wait years while things grow again, if ever.
The real question is whether to destroy all 70 ft. or rebuild the existing wall and save 40
ft. of the vegetation that preserves the residential section from 24x7 lights and noise.
Similarly, a 35-ft. strip could be preserved on the West side.
,akeridge that they must build a wall, but we can say, "You cannot
than 5000 cubic yards of soil unless neighbors agree." Please refuse
ask Lakeridae to work out a plan satisfactoryto adioinina residents.
qvenue
.....................
