EXTRACT OF MINUTESOF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 12th day of June 2000, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />And the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. <br />Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision <br />For Lots 31 & 32, Block 3, Minnesota Realty Co.'s <br />WHEREAS, William Zimmer has requested a minor subdivision of his parcel located along <br />Brenner Avenue (directly south of 852 Brenner Avenue) for the purpose of creating one large single <br />family residential parcel and two small parcels for inclusion with the certain adjacent properties; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a <br />minor subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: Lot 31 and 3 l, Block 3, Minnesote Realty <br />Co.'s (PID # 022923 120034 and 022923 120035); and <br />WHEREAS, said request will create one large developable single family residential parcel <br />that meet all applicable requirements (width, depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville <br />Zoning Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, said request will also create two unbuildable single residential parcels that <br />require combination with the appropriate neighboring parcels; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the minor subdivision to create <br />one large developable single family residential parcel meeting the applicable R- 1, Single Family <br />Residential District requirements, and two sma11 undevelopable single family residential parcels, for <br />the vacant property legally described above and located directly south of 852 Brenner Avenue, be <br />approved subj ect to the following conditions: <br />f. The proposed minor subdivision shall provide a ftve foot wide utility and drainage <br />easement along each of the property lines of Parcel B. <br />B. A detailed grading plan with the building slab or first floor elevation and drainage <br />depicting directional flow must be submitted to the City Engineer for review and <br />approval prior to building permit issuance for Parcel B. <br />
