The applicant must NecoNd the thNee lot minoN subdivision within 60 days after the <br />approval of the City Council. <br />G. PaNCels A and PaNCeI C shall be combined with appNOpNiate adjacent paNent paNCels. <br />The pNOpeNty owneN of 852 BNenneNAvenue shall combine PaNCeIA with the existing <br />lot and the pNOpeNty owneN of 3032 VictoNia St�eet shall combine PaNCeI C with the <br />existing lot.
