EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Ha11 on Monday, the 12�' <br />day of June, 2000 at 6:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />And the following were absent: <br />Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N�. <br />60-DAY EXTENSION OF THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR RALPH JENSON'S VARIANCE <br />REQUEST FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 201 MCCARRONS STREET (PF 3228). <br />WHEREAS, Ralph Jenson submitted an application for a variance regarding a driveway <br />setback variance on May 25, 2000; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Development Review Committee (DRC) determined the <br />application to be complete on May 30, 2000; and <br />WHEREAS, the deadline for submission for June consideration (June 12, 2000) by the <br />Roseville Planning Commission had passed; and <br />WHEREAS, the 60-day review deadline of July 24, 2000 may not allow for proper review of <br />the Jenson request should issues or concerns arise; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has requested a 60 extension to the 60-day review period, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow adequate consideration by both the Planning <br />Commission and City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, (the "City") Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time <br />- line for agency review of the application by Ralph Jenson, 2 10 McCarrons Street, for a driveway <br />setback variance be extended for 6(�days, from July 24, 2000 to September 24, 2000. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the-following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
