Organizational Business Reports And Recommendations F-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize the City Manger to sign the lease agreement with the Roseville Area Schools for space at the Fairview Center in the amoun� of $58, 950, and the approval of site improvements in the estimated amount of $18,000 for the purchase of office equipment and furniture in the amount of $55,000, with the moneys for the lease to be taken from the approved Roseville Activity Center budget, the moneys for the equipment and furniture to be taken from the Plant Fund and the moneys for the site improvements to be taken from the Improvements Fund.
