Land Use I-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, to approve a Resolution 9772 "proof of parking" permit for 25 spaces as a part of a variance to the Roseville Lutheran required parking, based on the findings in Section 3.0 and the 1215 Roselawn Avenue recommendations in Sections 4.0 and 5.0 of the project report dated Variance (PF3209) May 22, 2000. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. I-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, to approve the xesolution 9��3 request by US West Wireless for a conditional use permit to allow US West Wireless construction of a 67 foot ta11 monopole and associated equipment �g51 Snelling Avenue units for the property located at 285 1 Snelling Avenue North, CUP to Install subject to the findings listed in Section 3 of the project report and Monopole subject to the conditions listed in Section 5 of the project report. (PF32o7) Roll Ca11, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. I-3 Maschka moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, by resolution, approve the Resolution 9774 request by Mr. Honigschmidt for a conditional use permit to allow Honigschmidt construction of a 1,000 square foot detached accessory building 1378 Sandhurst Dr West (garage and screened porch) at 1378 Sandhurst Drive North, based CUP (PF3212) on the findings in Section 3 and subject to the conditions recommended in Section 5 of the project report, with the exception of ��e� [Section] 5.2 of the staff report, which is deleted. I-4 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded to table [continue] [Ken Wieden Wieden's request for a variance] to the June 12th, 2000 meeting. variance (PF3211) 1-5 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, to approve the Resolution 9��s variance request by Steve & Kristin Youngquist, 391 South Owasso Youngquist Boulevard West, to allow redevelopment of their parcel with a 391 Owasso Bv W single family home subject to the Planning Commission's May 10, Variance (PF3210) 2000 findings and conditions.
