City Council Minutes - OS/22/00 <br />Draft Copy Page 6 <br />J. Ordinances and Resolutions <br />J-1 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, to waive the Second Reading and <br />establish this as the final reading of Ordinance # 1177 to modify the <br />Centre Pointe Business Park PUD to allow a third hoteL (unanimous <br />vote required pursuant to City Council Standing Rules of <br />Procedure). Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski and <br />Goedeke. Nays: Kysylyczyn. Motion failed. <br />Following additional discussion, Kysylyczyn, having voted on the <br />prevailing side, moved to reconsider the rrevious motion. Motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />That motion having passed, and the Goedeke motion again being <br />before the Council, Kysylyczyn requested that the roll be taken on <br />the Goedeke motion to waive the first reading pursuant to Council <br />rules and adopt the proposed amendment to PUD Ordinance # 1177 <br />for the Centre Pointe Business Park to allow a 3rd hotel (draft <br />ordinance attached). Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, <br />Goedeke and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. Ordinance adopted. <br />K. Reports and Recommendations (Continued, if necessary) <br />Ordinance 1242 <br />CSM Courtyard Hotel <br />Ordinance Amendment <br />(PF3208) <br />K-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, adoption of a resolution rejecting Resolution 9776 <br />bids for Project P-SW-99-14 and ordering the re-advertisement for Larpenteur Avenue <br />bids for a bid opening on June 20, 2000. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Streetscape <br />Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. P-SW-99-14 <br />K-2 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, approve a resolution awarding bid <br />for 2000 Contract C, Pathway _Paving Project in the amount of <br />$23,615.50 to T. A. Schifsky & Sons, Incorporated of North St. <br />Paul, Minnesota. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, <br />Goedeke and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />K-3 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, to accept the [following] bids for <br />street department [materials]. 1) Class 5[to] Camas [Aggregate <br />_�ivision], 2) FA-2 Class A.[Aggregate to] Meridian Aggregates, 3) <br />-- Type _32B -Asphalt {for] -Bituminous Roadways, sa�g-�e� 4) Type <br />41A Asphalt [for Bituminous Roadways], 5) [Type] 41B Asphalt <br />[for Bituminous Roadways] and 6) CRS-2 Asphalt [for] Koch <br />Materials.
