Land Use <br />I-1 Kysylyczyn moved, Goedeke seconded, by resolution, to approve <br />the Thomas Chamberland request for a 2%2 foot fence height <br />variance from Section 1012.02B2 of the City Code, for property <br />located at 2655 Sheldon Street, based on the findings located in <br />Section 3 of the Request for Council Action Report and in addition <br />to receive a report back from Mr. Jamnik concerning the question <br />of whether the variance was actually needed, at a future meeting <br />and should it be determined that the variance was unnecessary, that <br />we repay the variance fee. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, <br />Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br />I-2 Goedeke moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, by resolution, to approve <br />the Charles McCann request for a 12 foot setback variance based <br />on the findings located in Section 3.2, 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6 of the project <br />report. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn.
