Schedule: The 2000 assessment process is suggested to proceed according to the following <br />schedule: <br />July 24 Resolution declaring costs to be assessed, ordering preparation of <br />assessment rolls <br />August 14 Resolution receiving assessment rolls, setting hearing dates <br />August 25 Mail notices to affected properiy owners <br />August 22 Notice of hearing published in the Rosevzlle Review <br />September 11 Assessment hearings <br />September 25 Continued hearing date for final adoption of roll <br />Sept. 26 to Oct. 25 Prepayment of assessments (30 days) <br />Oct. 28 to Nov. 1 Tally of final assessment roll <br />November 1 Certification of assessment roll to Ramsey County <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION: <br />Approval of resolution declaring costs for projects to be assessed in 2000 and ordering <br />preparation of assessment rolls for various proj ects. <br />Prepared by: Doug Strong <br />
