5.2 The Planning Commission recommended approval (6-0) of the request for a conditional use <br />permit; a variance from Section 1005.09C; a variance from 1005.O1D6B; and a variance from <br />Section 1005.09 of the Roseville City Code, based on the findings is Section 3 and conditions <br />in Section 4 of the project report. <br />6.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />6.1 By resolution approve granting the following items: <br />A. A conditional use permit to allow construction of a 2000 square foot car wash with <br />storage and enclosed trash container area (with conditions 4.2 through 4.9 of the project <br />report dated 9/25/2000) <br />B. A variance for the proposed exit drive lane being located three feet into the required <br />five foot side yard (west) setback. <br />C. A variance for the pre-existing non-conforming parking area being located seven feet <br />into the required 15 foot parking lot setback from a street right-of-way (Section <br />1005A1D6B) or from the permanent highway & utility easement whichever is most <br />current. <br />D.
