First approached <br />property owner in summer of 1999, no repairs to <br />date. Issued a Ramsey County Court citation on <br />July 14, 2000. In court on August 24"' owner <br />stated he would have corrected by next court <br />date on September 24"' <br />2. 1887 Rice St: <br />Building in extreme disrepair and site <br />overgrown with vegetation. When last in court, <br />Judge Rosa instructed owner to continue <br />compliance efforts. No improvements made <br />since that court date. July 18`�, sent a new letter <br />requesting compliance within 30 days (or an <br />agreed upon timetable) or further action to be <br />initiated by the City.
