ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF ROSEVILLE Activity Center Building Demolition 2800 Arona Street, City of Roseville, MN Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Manager and the Community Development�Director of the City of Roseville in Roseville City Hall, Community Development Department, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, until: October 5, 2000 at 1:00 p.m. at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, said bids to be for the furnishing of all labor and materials to complete the following described work. Demolition of Roseville Activity Center Buildinq 30,000 sq. ft. concrete block building Asbestos removal Site grading Specifications, as prepared by the City of Roseville Community Development Department, may be seen at the Community Development Office in the City Hall. Inquiries regarding this should be directed to Dennis Welsch or Cathy Bennett at 651-490-2279. All sealed bids shall be made on the proposal form provided for that purpose. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified check or cash deposit in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10°�) of the amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the city in the event that the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three (3) lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Please contact the Community Development Department to obtain a copy of the Proposal Form and Demolition Specifications either by phone at 651-490-2279, by fax at651-490-2931 or email to cathv.bennett(a�ci.roseville.mn.us. Bids should be directed to the Community Development Director at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville; Minnesota 55113, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper with a brief summary as to the work for which the bid is made. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to waive irregularities and informalities thereinand the right to award the contract in the best interest of the City. Bids arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. No bidder may withdraw his or her bid within si�y (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Steven R.
