EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF`MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of October 2000 at <br />6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: , and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. XXXX <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING 2001 SCORE Fi1NDING GRANT <br />FOR USE IN ROSEVILLE'S RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council is committed to residential waste abatement through its <br />curbside recycling program; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to improve Roseville's curbside recycling program and minimize the cost <br />to Roseville residents; and <br />WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey has SCORE Funding Grants available for 2001; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized to submit a <br />grant application to the County of Ramsey for a 2001 SCORE Funding Grant for use in <br />Roseville's residential recycling program. <br />The motion for the adoption of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; <br />, and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
