<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this day of 2000 by and between Prince of Peace Lutheran Church
<br />( ) of the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, parties of the first part,
<br />and the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, a municipal corporation, party of the second part.
<br />WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the sum of twenty seven thousand six hundred eighty eight dollars
<br />(�27,688.00) and other valuable considerations in hand paid by the said parry of the second part, said parties of the
<br />first part do hereby grant and convey unto parry of the second part, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement
<br />for a public pathway and appurtenances over and across a strip of land in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County,
<br />Minnesota, as follows:
<br />A Pathway Easement lying Southwesterly and Westerly of the following described Line "A":
<br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11,
<br />Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota; thence South 00 degrees 48 minutes 15 seconds East,
<br />assumed bearing, along the East line of said Quarter Quarter a distance of 848.07 feet; thence South 89
<br />degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 556.0 feet to the point of beginning of said Line "A";
<br />thence Northwesterly to a point 84.0 feet West and 86.0 feet North of the point of beginning of said Line
<br />"A' ; thence Northwesterly to a point 137.0 feet West and 225.0 feet North of the point of beginning of said
<br />Line "A' ; thence Northwesterly to a point 237.0 feet West and 3 19 feet more of less North of the point of
<br />beginning to a point of termination of said Line "A" said point also being a point on the North line of the
<br />following described property:
<br />All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1 l, Township 29, Range 23,
<br />Ramsey County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 48 minutes 15 seconds East, assumed bearing,
<br />along the East line of said'/o'/<, a distance of 848.07 feet; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds
<br />West a distance of 37.62 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Victoria Street and also the point of
<br />beginning of the tract of land to be described: thence continue South 89 degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds
<br />West, a distance of 523.38 feet; thence North 53 degrees OS minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 446.0
<br />feet; thence North 64 degrees 54 minutes 40 East, a distance of 580.8 1 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line
<br />of Victoria Street; thence along said right-of-way South 36 degrees 37 minutes 15 seconds East, a distance
<br />of 6.97 feet; thence along a tangential curve conca�e to the Northeast, ha�ing a central angle of 12 degrees
<br />14 minutes 00 seconds, a radius of 988.37 feet and an arc length of 211.03 feet; thence South 48 degrees 5 1
<br />minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 37.0 feet; thence along a tangential curve conca�e to the Southeast,
<br />ha�ing a central angle of 40 degrees 33 minutes 23 seconds, a radius of 539.96 feet and an arc length of
<br />382.21 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />which easement shall include the perpetual rights of said City of Roseville, its successors or assigns, to grade, level,
<br />fill, �ain, pa�e, build, maintain, and rebuild a public pathway, together with such culverts, cuts, or ditches as may be
<br />necessary, over and across the strip of land hereinbefore described, together with perpetual easement for ingress and
<br />egress.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SANIE, together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the said parry of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever,
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part ha�e hereunto set their hands the day and year first
